Tape measure should be snug and must be high up under arms.

OVERARMS

Measure around body and over both arms, 1-2 inches above chest

Measure from armhole along seam to length wanted.

Wrap the tape around the neck, beginning at the Adam's apple, then around the neck, leaving no space between  neck and tape.

Measure over the shirt, just above the waistband

Measure around the fullest part of seat, snug not tight.

Measure from top of waistband to length desired.
